Martin Kinzel, MRICS
Founder of the firm, Managing Director and a specialist in valuation, asset management and transaction advisory. He studied architecture, civil engineering and commercial engineering at ČVUT in Prague and completed an expert programme in business valuation at the Institute of Property Valuation at VŠE. He is a member of the international professional body the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Over more than a decade of practice at the international advisory firms Knight Frank and BNP Paribas Real Estate, he held the role of Associate Director and helped lead the valuation of real estate portfolios for the largest development groups and banking houses in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In recent years he has applied his comprehensive expertise as an independent investment advisor to private investors and also serves as a member of the expert committees of investment funds.
Petr Škoch
A collaborating court-appointed expert and property valuer specialising in the valuation of real estate projects, asset management and investment advisory. He studied real estate engineering and completed postgraduate studies in technical expert appraisal at the Institute of Forensic Engineering at VUT in Brno. For many years he worked at the leading international advisory firm KPMG, where he reviewed and revalued extensive real estate portfolios for market leaders such as CPI Group, CTP, PPF, Skanska and Crestyl. He gained rich managerial experience as head of the valuation department at a bank and subsequently as a board member of the investment company CREDITAS, where he successfully managed real estate funds, acquisitions and the strategic management of assets.
Aleš Kadlečík
A collaborating court-appointed expert and asset valuer specialising in the valuation of businesses and real estate. He studied finance and business valuation at VŠE in Prague and property valuation at the Institute of Property Valuation. He spent ten years at a leading international advisory firm, four of them as manager of its expert institute, preparing appraisals for clients such as CPI Group, Čedok, O2 and Mall Group. As a member of the expert committees of investment funds (Conseq, ZDR Investments, ZFP), he regularly revalues real estate portfolios worth several billion Czech koruna.

under one roof
Tomáš Kos
A collaborating accountant and financial analyst specialising in the complete management of accounting agendas, corporate taxation and reporting for development and real estate projects. He studied informatics at VŠE in Prague and, as part of his professional qualifications, completed specialised programmes focused on IFRS consolidation (KPMG) and accounting for property owners (VOX). He has more than a decade of experience managing complex accounting, preparing financial statements and tax returns for dozens of companies. He worked as chief accountant and director of the advisory firm Ant-Office and has long handled group accounting for major investment groups and international clients. Alongside tax and accounting advisory, he has for seventeen years actively pursued the financial markets and the fundamental analysis of company value.
Petr Kovalčík
A collaborating consultant specialising in bookkeeping, tax records and accounting advisory. He studied mathematical disciplines with a focus on finance and economics. He gained practical experience at the insurer Kooperativa and later at the advisory firms PKF APOGEO and E-Consulting Czech, where he handled accounting for commercial corporations, non-profit organisations and foreign clients, and also gained extensive experience in taxation (VAT and income tax). Since 2022 he has run his own practice as an accounting advisor. In 2025 he founded his own accounting firm, PK Remote Accounting and Other Services s.r.o. He focuses on micro and small accounting entities, including those subject to a statutory audit. He works in a modern way and largely remotely. He processes his clients' accounting primarily in POHODA, Money S3 and ABRA Flexi.
